C@PS aggregates the skills of:

i) CIBI platform (ICSN*, CNRS, Gif-sur-Yvette) for citotoxicity measurements, protein/lingand interaction or in ovo screening
ii) CIBLOT platform (Faculté de Pharmacie, Université Paris-Sud) for measurements of protein / ligand interactions using alpha-screen technology and the quantification of cellular parameters
iii) CTPF platform (ICSN) for measurements of protein / ligand interactions using « thermal shift assay » and qPCR transcriptomics
iv) CCCHD** platform (Joliot/SCBM). This unique platform of the SCBM combines the equipment necessary for performing high throughput biological screenings, including a radioactive detection capability, as well as the preparation of targeted libraries. It also ensures the optimization of the most promising active compounds ("hits").

The combination of these competences within a single structure should allow the acceleration of discovery processes of active molecules, the elucidation of the modes of action of these molecules as well as the search for their biological targets.
