Les plateformes d'imagerie du centre NeuroSpin disposent de 2 IRM cliniques dotés de champs statiques de 3T et 7T respectivement, et ont accueilli en mai 2017 un imageur unique au monde, construit dans le cadre d'un projet franco-allemand visant à construire le premier IRM doté d'un champ statique de 11,7T pour l'homme : le projet ISEULT.
